CUCM 6.1.5 Web GUI reset or save button doesn't work when change some Device entries

Hello ,

i have a problem with a CUCM 6.1.5 Publisher  . When i change some device entries , perhaps " Phone load name " on a Cisco 740 phone  or the partion , i can't save the changes . If i push the save or reset button nothing appears. I check it with different web browser.  The user has admin rights .

I also restart the Tomcat service , but the problem still exist.  Anybody an idea ?

Did you get a resolution to this issue?  We are currently in the process of preparing to upgrade to CUCM 10 and just started seeing this issue on 7911 phones.  We have tried different browsers but still have the same issue.

Hello ,

our problem was a result of a corrupt database. Please check the Log files in CUCM . have a look for "missed table entries "

cli

utils dbreplication repair

check logs again    the path to the log is displayed after the repair.
