Hey folks!
Just built a new Publisher based on a "stare and compare" with our old Publisher.
Licenses are uploaded (SW/Node/250User). We changed the DHCP option for our wireless subnet to reflect the new Publisher, but now phones won't register.
I see the 7926 (wifi phone) reaching out to the right IP address, so I know that part is fine, but after a while, the phone says "not in service".
Pretty new to this, so I'm not even sure where to start.
Where do I start?
Thanks!
Ven

Have you enabled and started the CCM services???
After a fresh server install these are disabled and stopped by default and someone needs to enable and start them
Also, are the phones already configured or have you at least configured auto-registration??

Where do I enable the ccm? I looked in serviceability and see the call manager service is running.

Wow... I figured it out. I had an ACL that only allowed the old Call Manager IP addresses. (smh)
Fixed it and viola!
Thanks javalenc!
