CUCM 9.1 Call pickup group "No call Available for Pickup"

Hello,

 

i see this error when try to capture a call from DN with call pickup group configured. anyone could give some idea?

I have Hunt Pilot and cpgr working together.

Do you have the phones that are attempting to answer with call pick up and the hunt pilot number configured with the same call pick up group number?

I successfully tested this scenario.

Hunt pilot configured with a call pickup group

&

Phone outside the hunt group configured with the same call pickup group.

Phone outside the huntgroup is able to answer an inbound call from the hunt group by pressing the call pickup button.
