More info:
I have already enabled the mobile voice access and enhanced feature access.
Given 405 as mobile voice access number with complete match.
Also under Media Resources-> Mobile Voice Access given the 405 number.
Added H323 Gateway and also enabled the Media Termination.
Any help is appreciated
Thank you
Santosh

Is it a VoIP to VoIP call? If yes, then can You enable "allow connections h323 to h323" under voice service VoIP?
If the call is coming from a PRI line then create a POTS dial-peer with incoming called number 038688405, DID and apply the mobility service.
