Hello team,
I need assistance in setting up IMP ver 10.5.2.20000 and CUCM 10.5.2.13900. Every time the IMP setup fails at the network connectivity validation with the attached error message, please see attachment.
I have added the IMP IP address in the CUCM System -> Server menu.

Make sure you forward and reverse DNS records for all servers are correct.
