CUCM assign role to end-user with limited privilege

Hi,

We have given access for few helpdesk users to view/edit the end-user page, however we dont want these users to change the ROLE of themselves and others on the end-user page, can we remove this privilege (user group/Role assignment and removal), but they should be able to perform their other tasks like enable IMP, associate device profile etc.

Not sure it's available in your version, but on 12.5 there is an option to set advanced role configuration.

The highlighted option should be what you look for. Per the help file it should remove the ability to change access groups if this is unselected.
