CUCM CLI OS ADMIN LOGIN ISSUE

Hi

I am facing an issue for login in CUCM OS Admin on CLI, while logging in as I am giving the username and password, it shutdown the putty, I tried through console as well, after giving the username and password, it's again showing the login page asking username and password.

Please advise for the same as I need to troubleshoot replication issue.

could be an issue with privilege level of OS username?

are u able to login through GUI using same OS credentials

Yes I am able to login through GUI using OS credentials.

Also I am able to login cucm sub node in CLI using os credentials

Do u have any other applications like UCCX/Unity installed in setup ? If yes, are u able to login through same putty  ?

Yes we have the unity connection with same version and I am able to login it's OS Admin credentials through putty and through console as well.

Moreover in cucm subscriber nodes also I am able to login using OS Admin credentials.
