CUCM Cluster upgrade questions

Hi,

1. IP Phones Custom rings and background images are preserved when i upgrade from 5.1.X to 7.X?

2. If i have a cluser of 1 PUB and 1 SUB. First i upgrade PUB and then I UPGrade SUB. Then i restart and switch versions on PUB and after that i restart and swtich version of SUB. Correct?

If you are doing an inplace upgrade, it should stay. If you are doing a DMA, then it will not migrate.

Yes, Publisher first, reboot. Then upgrade subscriber, reboot.

Dont worry about switching versions. After the upgrade it will ask you to reboot with the new version or hold
