CUCM configuration for monitoring

Hi There

I was looking what´s need to be done in CUCM for being monitor it, I would like to monitor 

- CUCM whole cluster

- CUCM database Replications

-is there any way to monitor the MTP, MOH

- Any phone unregister.

I know this can be done in RTMT tool, but the monitoring team will not use it, so what should I tell the monitoring team to monitor my CUCM and the things I said before? thanks.

but they will be using  "Manage engine OpManager" basically  we are looking if any specific configuration in CUCM, maybe with SNMP, or what should I provide them,

If you are using a Third party NMS , then you will need to configure it via SNMP.
