CUCM: Extension Mobility by Extension (no pin)

hi All,

Has anyone done login without PIN in CUCM: Extension Mobility by Extension, user's don't want to enter thePIN,. just want to enter the their Ext, Phone should login.

even with 3rd party software or API ?

The EM process requires the PIN to work, if there's any chance of doing this, you would need to develop your own EM front-end for users to type in their DN, then send that to some process where you have the user and PIN associated to the DN, and also the physical phone ID, to then send that to the EM process to trigger the login.

And all that, obviously has to be custom built and in house tested and supported.

you can use an em-sso applicaiton from a 3rd party.

some of my customers have been using alm from rsconnect and it allows login and logout in sync with windows.
