Hi all,
I have installed cucm 11. Suppose I have an extension 1111 and I gave it a DP abcd. Then I started making calls. I am able to handle all inbound and outbound calls in all other DP. Now I have changed the DP from abcd to any other DP , I am unable to make calls.
I have checked :
CODEC
forward & direct routing rules
Call handlers
please help me to fix the issue.

Directory Numbers are not assigned to Device Pools as they are not devices. Do you mean you changed the device pool on a Phone? Is that the only thing you changed?
If you move the device back to the original device pool, does it work?

Not sure what you mean by these as they are Unity features, not CUCM

You should really be checking region settings and Media Resources (in case of codec mismatch) as they are the two things at the DP level that can impact a call (inbound/outbound) to work. Call handlers, routing rules have really nothing to do here.
