Suddenly my CUCM stop sending notification to any Jabber client on iPhone(ios) , I have checked the APNS service and did lots of troubleshooting , my CUCM can successfully access the required sites :
utils network connectivity fos-a.wbx2.com 443
Connection to fos-a.wbx2.com 443 port [tcp/https] succeeded!
utils network connectivity idbroker.webex.com 443
Connection to idbroker.webex.com 443 port [tcp/https] succeeded!
utils network connectivity push.webexconnect.com 443
Connection to push.webexconnect.com 443 port [tcp/https] succeeded!
Also the services are up:
utils service list
Cisco Push Notification Service[STARTED]
Cisco Management Agent Service[STARTED]
recently I've checked RTMT for the following :
System -->> Performance -->> Perfomance -->> NumberOfPushReqSent
System -->> Performance -->> Perfomance -->> NumberOfPushErrorResReceived
System -->> Performance -->> Perfomance -->> NumberOfPushResReceived
when I made a call for testing purpose I couldn't see any changes on the above servces on RTMT screen
Our CUCM version : 11.5.1.14900-11
No IM&P server , we only used APNS for voice call notification
Any advice please
