CUCM, LDAP and search base

I'm trying to set up LDAP synchronization with CUCM (v9.1.2).

The problem is CUCM uses base scope instead of sub-tree:

conn=1017 op=1 SRCH base="ou=users,dc=xxx" scope=0 deref=3 filter="(telephoneNumber=*)"

I can't find if and where can I set scope from 0 (base) to 2 (sub-tree).

I've found the issue.

When I set LDAP server by domain name, no matter if it's 389 or 636 search scope is 0 (base).

When I set LDAP by IP address - search scope is 2 (sub-tree).
