Hi all,
We frequently face problems/inconstintencies with the LDAP integration. The error message is : 'Wrong LDAP User Search Base DC=com, DC=tr while Connecting to ldap://' the user search base is correct and we use the same config at different clusters. Sometimes we get the error at initial ldap config, sometimes while trying to change it.
User Search Base that should work : 'DC=com, DC=tr'
We have two different domains which should both be able to authenticate using ldap.
Is there any way to do fresh configuration of ldap through the cli?
Is there any defined pattern to do the ldap configuration and remove it altogether?
Have you ever faced similar issues?
CUCM versions tested : 9.0, 9.1, 10.0.1, 8.6 (I know there'd been an issue with the 8.6, but wasn't present to that)
Looking forward to your support!
Regards,
Fikri

Is your domain name "tr.com"? If so the syntax should be "dc=tr,dc=com" not the other way around.

No Chris, the domain is 'com.tr'
