We have a CUCM 8.6 configured with a SIP trunk to a Mitel.
Calls from Mitel to CUCM and vice versa are ok.
The problem is when a Mitel user call the meet-me number hosted in CUCM, CUCM can hear clearly the users in Mitel but Mitel can’t hear users in CUCM.
We already checked CSS and partition and it is OK.
An suggestion?

when thr is a issue with audio, its not related to CSS/partition. it is related to codec selection.
can you check what is the region config between conf bridge and Mitel phone, if it is g729, can you conf do g729?

Mitel is using codec 7.11 and CUCM is using G.711.
Conf bridge and CUCM phones are with the same device pool that using the same region (G.711).
Calls from Mitel to CUCM phones and CUCM phones to Mitel are OK, the problem is only with Meet-Me.

We found the problem. We fixed it by enabling MTP in the SIP trunk configuration.
