CUCM Migration 8.6 to 11.5

Hello All,

I have a customer who has CUCM, Unity and Presence server running 8.6 version. Customer has bought new hardware to replace the existing infrastructure.

Current: CUCM and Unit on 1 server

Presence on Another server

They would like to replace them and I would like you guys to provide me the direction that I can use to replace them

Also, they have VoiceGateway they want to replace with new VG hardware.

Please advise.

Use PCD migration for CUCM/IM&P and COBRAS for CUC.

Or install the same release you have on the new HW, do a DRS restore, and then upgrade to your target version.

Review the upgrade and migration guide for CUCM/IM&P and CUC, as well as the RN for the products to plan either path.
