Hi
I have CUCM 12 and ip phone 7821
CUCM and IP phone are connected on the same switch on VLAN voice 10
Phone ring and call are establiched, but there is no sound, and no voice
Please help

Endpoints only use signaling to CUCM (unless you're using the built in IVR, ANN or MOH, only then there will be RTP involved)
RTP flows directly between endpoints, check anything that could prevent that from happening.
