Appears to be an issue with the file system. A reboot may sometimes fix the issue temporarily - but best thing would be to burn the recovery software on the disk and do a file system fix. Yes you can certainly do it on MCS servers, you will need to have physical access to servers.
Every time I came across this, permanent fix was, to rebuild the server and do a DRS restore.
There was also a BUG but think didnt impact 7845

Hi, Terry
Thanks for reply.
I would like to know that Pub will be normal status after using recovery CD?
Does it have more actions?
What does mean "rebuild the server and do a DRS restore"

Hi Mate,
No problems. I meant to say you have to recover your system using the Recovery Disk. No extra steps involved. It will surely bring it back to working state.
If the issue with the file system keeps on re-occurring (which most of the times is the case with similar issues) - you can rebuild this server later on from scratch (using bootable CD) and restore from DRS backups as a permanent fix.
