Question:
CUCM Pub cannot list tar file during restore wizard when OpenSSH is used. This works for freeftpd.
Customer has several CUCM cluster, all using same SFTP server as backup device. The server is set up by OpenSSH.
When testing with the restore process, we found that one CUCM cluster cannot list tar file in restore wizard. No error message through out, just the "tar file list" is empty.
Another CUCM cluster in same version works fine with the same SFTP server
We did several test and collected detailed DRF logs:
1. Publisher stuvppdc1vcm01, SFTP server 10.88.168.62 (OpenSSH), Working
2. Publisher stuvppdc1vha01, SFTP server 10.88.168.62 (OpenSSH), Not Working
3. Publisher stuvppdc1vha01, SFTP server 10.88.168.237 (Freeftpd), Working
Test 1 is logged in stuvppdc1vcm01.mpel.com\drfMA00002.log
Test 2&3 are logged in stuvppdc1vha01.mpel.com\drfMA00003.log
The logs about the 3 tests are looks the same to me. They all have the same line:

PFA, the working logs(DRFMA00002) and non-working logs(DRFMA00003).
Need assistance to know if this is an issue with OpenSSH. How to confirm if it is a CUCM issue or SFTP server issue. If it is Not a CUCM problem, how can we prove it?
