cucm switch version failed

hi
i would like to install dst 10.5.2 update time on cisco unity connection 10.5.1 but i couldn't
for this reason i decided to upgrade cuc cluster (pub/sub) from 10.5.1 to 10.5.2 so i downloaded the latest update
the update 10.5.2 is installed on both server but inactive
when i tried to switch version i get this error message "Sync after switch version failed"
help please

To exactly which 10.5(2) release was this upgrade??

YES YHE upgrade was successful

i' upgraded the system from version 10.5.1.10000-7 to 10.5.2.13900-12

Share the output of below commands from server CLI on which you did SV:

show version active

show version inactive

Post SV, did you try to open the GUI and check if things are working as expected. I doubt that they will since you got the error message "Sync after switch version failed". Also attach the install logs as well using below command along with the approximate time you started the SV and the time when it failed

file get install /*

Hi Team

We have faced similar issue, while switch-over from 10.x to 11.x (Unity)

while utils system switch-version, you get sync error and filed.

sync switch version failed

add following command on pub & sub CLI before switch-over version
utils os secure permissive

then run utils system switch-version

This will resolve the issue.

I'm facing the same issue when upgrading The CUCM from 8.5 to 10.5
but the command utils os secure permissive is not available in version 8.5 

do you have any solution for this?
