CUCM upgrade path from version 9.0.1 to CUCM version 9.1.2

Hi Guys,

Need your assistance. May I know the Upgrade path from CUCM version 9.0.1 to version 9.1.2. We need to upgrade their current version of CUCM (9.0.1) to version 9.1.2 to support 8800 series of Cisco IP Phone. 

Is this a direct upgrade? Do I need to have a license upgrade also?

Also may I know if I will upgrade the CUCM to 9.1.2, is this compatible with the Cisco Unity connection 9.0.1? or Do I need also to upgrade the Cisco unity connection with the same version?
