Hi,
We are running CUCM 7.1.3.10000-11 for a few months now and recently we encountered problems on our subscriber server.

What platform are you running? If you are running a MCS-7825-I4, MCS-7828-I4, or MCS-7816-I4 then you may be running into a nasty bug that has plagued some of us in the past months.
There is a community document and associated bug IDs here: https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-12955
HTH.

Bill

Granted the generation of server is different but did you follow the document referenced and see if your hard drive firmware and model information matches those in the documented issue? It would be a prudent check.
In any case, what is happening is that the Linux kernal detected something wrong when writing to the disk. To protect data integrity, the OS flags a bit to make the disk read only. The issue could be a corrupted disk or a software (firmware, device driver) issue. I recommend you contact Tac if you are unsure how to proceed.
HTH.

Bill

Hi All,
We faced similar issue on CUCM and CUPS servers. Servers are running in VM.
CUCM: 8.6.2 & CUPS: 8.6.5.
Fixed the issue with Recovery file, It was temporary fix. To fix the file system errors, need to rebuild the servers.

Alagu
