CUCME/CUCMBE 6k and unity express virtual with Voicemail into Exchange online?

Hi Guys

Can i please have some help?

Can i install CUCMBE 6000M on a separate Dell Virtualised server running ESXi 6.5 rather than on the standard ucs?

I would in fact like to go to CUCME (because they have 50 users) but the unity express version 9 i don't think supports voicemail integration with Office 365/Exchange Online?

Can someone please clarify?

They are getting a CUBE also with an ISR 4331 router for SIP Provider termination and so the ideal would have been to just add CUCME and the unity express KVM into the 4331, but with no online integration, what is the next best option?

Yes with the specs-based support caveats. Read this thoroughly:

BE6K and BE7K are TRCs, they cannot be 3rd party HW.

You can use that other server to build a SUB, or other servers you might need in your deployment, but you can only buy a BE6K from Cisco as it's a SW/HW bundle.

If you wish to use that 3rd party server to build a new CUCM cluster, it's going to be regular 3rd party specs based and regular licensing, not a 6K server, nor 6K licensing.
