Hi,

You need to enable GUI interface in CME and respective user-id and password needs to be entered in CUE interface for successful integration.

Please check the title "Prerequisites for Integrating Cisco CME with Cisco Unity Express" in following document;

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/integration/unity_exp/configuration/guide/cue_cme1.html

Hi Vivek,

complete setup is in SIP environment, and the document is all about H.323.

will the config work?if works will the CUE will be able to sync the users from CME?

Hi,

Enabling GUI in CME is prerequisite for CUE integration with CME and that is independent of underlying protocols you're using.

In the document I shared with you, please check only how to enable GUI in CME.

Yes, you will be able to sync users then.

Thanks

hi,

i have enabled the GUI(can check in the attachment). but after that its asking for a username and password for the communication to CME.

there i am finding difficulty.

Hi Vikram,

What you are referring is CUE GUI but note that you also need to enable GUI in CME. Did you configure all required steps in CME to enable GUI?

Can you access CME GUI from your computer?

Thanks
