Dear all
Requesting your help to resolve the Below issues ,which we are facing in Cisco CUE Scripting.
We are using CCME 7.X and Unity 8.0 Version .
As per our Current Scenario
We need your help to resolve point number 4,5,6.
Is it possible? Because reception pressing Hold button,Normally it will play system message only.
Applied the Hold prompt in redirection busy state. But its not working. Call Disconnecting,if user is busy.
(Out of 4 option,Successful, busy, invalid, unsuccessful, once call transfered nothing is working.)
In My case its ringing reception phone, then only it going Reception voicemail.
Appreciate your Quick response on this.

Hi BR Febin S,
Following things you can try,
1. If user press hold button it should play hold message Arabic hold message or English hold message based on redirection. Is it possible? Because reception pressing Hold button, Normally it will play system message only.
A: When user presses hold button then CUE will listen to the prompt that is played from user’s phone, CUE cannot play a prompt if user presses hold, If reception presses hold then user can listen to a system prompt, So this condition is not possible.
2. If reception is busy ,it should play Arabic hold message or English hold message based on redirection.
Applied the Hold prompt in redirection busy state. But its not working. Call Disconnecting,if user is busy.
(Out of 4 option,Successful, busy, invalid, unsuccessful, once call transfered nothing is working.)
A: You can use “Debug” option provided in CUE Editor express 8.6 to check the call flow, this will clear why the call is getting disconnected.
3. If reception is not answering ,it should go directly to reception message, without ringing.]
In My case its ringing reception phone, then only it going Reception voicemail.
A: If you want to transfer the call then, the ring has to go to other end and then only the message will be played.
The least time for ringing is 5 seconds
Thanks,
Nikhil Joshi.
