I have a 2851 with NM-CUE. I have the dial by extension script running on the CME/CUE system. There are voice quality issues when callers hear this prompt. When a caller calls in, and tries to serach for the name, it sometimes work without problems but if you hang on the phone for some time, the quality starts going bad and the prompt starts cutting in and out. I have verified that there are no errors on the GE or the service engine interface. Any suggestions what to look for?
