Hi,
I'm running CCM 4.2(3) and integrating it with CUE 3.2.2
My problem is with the voicemail playing the greeting after 4 seconds from connecting to the CTI port.
A few things I've checked:
This problem occurs on all of my licensed 6 CUE ports
no overlapping route patterns on ccm
cti ports, and route points are registered
clock on CUE is syncronized to correct ntp server
JTAPI user for CUE is associated with all cti and route points
I'm able to dial GSM port 6901, and auto attendant 6902 without any delay.
Is there anything else I could be missing?
I've attached config of CUE.
TIA,
-Fred
**note I purposely distorted usernames on attachd config, its not an error*

Hi Fred,
I am just finished with CME 7.0(1) and CUE 3.2.2 upgrade and I have exactly the same problem as you. It is ~4 secs voicemal delays playing user greeting.
Any solutions for this problem?
Thanks,

From my experience what happens is as soon as unity sees a connection it starts playing the greeting..by the time you hear it could be 3 4 seconds into the greeting. I tried this with pretty good results
Go to the
1) Tools Depot.
2) Switch Integration Tools.
3) Edit Switch Utility
4) Edit
5) Incoming Calls tab.
6) Change "Delay Before Opening" Try a value from 2-5 seconds
7) Apply and OK.
8) reboot the Unity server
