How I can let mobile phone user to retrieve his voicemail from CUE??
I need that user to be redirected to enter his password directly??

Hi Youssef,
Only two numbers can be setup this way in CUE, the users Primary DN and the number entered in the E.164 slot (you can use this for a Mobile or other number that you frequently use to access CUE;
Place one ext in the primary ext field, and the other in the E.164 field
phonenumber - Specifies a number or extension for this user. No spaces or dashes are allowed.
phonenumberE164 - Specifies a telephone number with area code for this user. No spaces or dashes are allowed.
Example:
se-10-0-0-0(config)# username user3 create
se-10-0-0-0(config)# username user3 phonenumber 50180
se-10-0-0-0(config)# username user3 phonenumberE164 13335550180

Hi buffman,
What I need exactly is :
When a user from his mobile phone which is 0123205070 dials CUE he gets the same conversation when he presses messages button from his ip phone to retrieve his voicemail

Hi Youssef,
If you enter the mobile # 0123205070 as the E164 number for the user this will be the expected behaviour (same as sitting at his/her desk and pressing the Message button)
se-10-0-0-0(config)# username user3 phonenumberE164 0123205070

It seems CUE was hanging,I reloaded it & everything worked ok.
That hanging was confusing me

My customer needs that to be variable from any branch in his company also.
So I think translation-rule will bo more flexible.
Right?
Or does CUE new versions support more than ephonee.146 numbers
