I do not know if it will cause an issue or not but CUEAC is required to be run on its own dedicated server and shouldnt run any other 3rd party software other than that which is required for CUEAC to run and anything mentioned in the installation/design guide.
If there is an issue with it Cisco TAC would say that it is not supported.
