CUOM 2.01 and CDP: Connectivity Detail View

Hi folks!

On CUOM 2.01 I can launch "Service Level View" and it show to me the devices map.

When I launch the "Connectivity Detail View" it gives me the following error:

Cannot load Connectivity Detail View information for device UCRMTLDPUB01.servizi.it.

Try again after CDP is enabled on the device.

On the CCM are enabled all the SNMP and CDP protocol.

SNMP Traffic flows in/out the CCM...

Which test I can do...?

You may have fixed this already..

Is the switch the CCM is connected to added to CUOM and CDP enabled?

When you say SNMP flows in and out, have you tried using a simple SNMP discovery tool from the CUOM server to verify?

If you have fixed it already.. curious to know what it was :)
