The 2960-24PC-L switch is not being correct classified as such by the CUOM 2.1, hence it's not shown as a "switch with phones connected".
On the Common Services it's shown with a question mark icon. The Mdf version is 1.22, but on the install manual it says that we should not update Common Services and only use specific update for CUOM.
The customer have phones connected on it but the report do not show the switch/port where those phones are connected.
How to solve this problem?
