Have setup the client to use Calendar status and have setup the Calendar as busy on Exchange.Cannot get any calendar Presence status updates on CUPC - still showiing as available. I do see the following:

10/22/2009 13:49:45.184 EPE|system.pe.pa.owa.backend 2085762 ERROR Exchange Server Transaction Failed: SUBSCRIBE sip:BTTESTUSER1@umlab.local@umemr01.umlab.local:443 501 Not Implemented - clear calendar information'

CUPS makes the SUBSCRIBE request to a resource under the /exchange URL. Please have your Exchange engineer to check if that URL exists on the Exchange server. Also make sure WebDAV was enabled for the URL. If I remember it right, WebDAV was disabled by default on Exch2007/Win2008.

Michael, thanks. Webdav is running. What is the url you are refering to?

Is there a link to Calendar Integration guide you can send me.

WebDAV is a protocol to query mailbox and calendar information via http(or https).

Though it looks like http, it's actually being served by a "WebDAV" component on Exchange. The "URL" is just an interface for the WebDAV client to send request to. This "URL" is configurable. And WebDAV component can be disabled/enabled.

Microsoft is going to discontinue WebDAV and use EWS (Exchange Web Service) instead. That's why WebDAV was disabled on Exchange 2007 by default.
