I installed CUPC 7.1 on a Customer's computer the other day and it crashes everytime he trys to login. I've checked the Cisco site and tried a few of thier suggestions but nothing seems to work. I've even installed a lower version of the client and it also crashes. The log files have not been very helpful and I don't get any error messages in the log files of the computer. Any one else experienced this issue and if so, what did you do to resolve it?
Thanks,
Shane

I went into msconfig and started disabling programs that were running at start-up but I was not able to finish this task as it was taking to long. The Customer needed his computer. I disabled all the intelipoint stuff thinking this might be causing the issue but it didn't help. I'll probably just bite the bullet and disable each program one by one. It will take forever but I don't think I really have a choice.
