CUPC 8 status in outlook inbox

Hi,

We are implemeting CUPC 8.0.3 and we notice that the status in outlok inbox for some user shows unknown (grey bullet).

The actual status in the CUPC is available (green bullet) and also the status in outlook sent items is correct(green bullet)

When we highlight the user in the inbox (for example to initiate a click to call) suddenly the status in the inbox changes to the correct status.

The CUPC.exe and cucsf.exe are not blocked on the firewall side for those users...

Any idea what this could be?

Hi Luk,

I quickly checked but could find known issues for this. If you are able to reproduce this issue I think it would be a good idea to open a TAC case for this so we can investigate this further. Make sure to document OS and outlook versions (and maybe other combinations were you are not seeing the issue) together with a detailed problem report.
