I have recently upgraded to CUP 8x and also upgrade all my CUPC clients to CUPC 8. Every one of them works with the exception of 2 PC's. Every machine in my network is the same. We are running the same core programs and I did every install. I cant understand why the 2 PC's refuse to run CUPC 8.
What happens is the CUPC clients starts up. Yet it never prompts you to log in. It eventually crashes and exits the program. I was told by a TAC agent that some of the Windows updates are causing this problem but was never told which ones. Does anyone know if this is true or if it is, what updates are causing the problem?
