CUPC cant conect to CUCM TFTP

i have CUCM 7.0.2, CUPS 7.0.3

the userID is john.smith so my CUPC name is UPCJOHNSMITH

when i login with CUPC, in the server health the TFTP giving me blue circle, and the softphone option is not available.

There's a bug on 7.0.3 causing this. Please upgrade to 7.0.4.

Otherwise, you cannot have any special characters in the user ID.
