HI,
We currently have a CUPS 8.0 running and are able to log in chat etc however we are unable to control our deskphones via CTI.
The phones are assigned to the CTI Groups, users and phones have Allow CTI control enabled
When signing into CUPC we receive an error CTI Control of phone is not permitted for this user
I have attached a problem report

Check that the user is part of the 'Standard CTI Enabled' group, and make sure the CSF device is associated to the user as a Controlled Device.

Thanks for that, CTI control all was being used instead of standard CTI enabled.
