CUPC IM LOG

I'm currently running Cisco Unified Presence version 7.0.9.10000-6.

I have two employees for example making IM, what is the possibility for having what they are typing in a log file or is it saved some where in the server?

Hi Zaid,

You can use message archiving to store mesages on an external server (postgres), however this is only supported in CUPS 8.X.
