Out of the blue, CUPC has stopped making or receiving calls.
When I try to make a call, the call dialogue opens, and immediately the status changes to "Disconnected."
Incoming calls do not ring the soft phone.
I can still control my desk phone, but this doesn't help me much when I'm not at my desk.
Any ideas regarding some things to check?

May I ask what detailed version is your CUCM and what's your display name in Active Directory?

Assuming you mean CUPC, I'm using 7.1.1.13855. I'm not sure what the previous version was, but it was giving the same trouble.
I'm not sure what you mean by my display name in Active Directory... my username is 'njohnson' though; hopefully that is enough to locate the information you're asking for?
