encounter issue that for new installation CUCM and CUP. I do follow the guide from lab doc, evry thing able to configure no error. But from the CUPC it shown conneeted, found out that only IM is working, the Desk Phone and Softphone not function. In health check of CUPC shown "Desk Phone and Softphone" no connectted. In CUCM the UPC not register in Device> phone. Verify with the CUP - CTI config, look ok. And the user/UPC is asssociated.
any idea ? pls advice or pls advice any doc procedure. Appreciate for the help. Thanks.

On CUCM > User Management > End User, do you have "Primary Extension" configured for the user?

yes, alrady put in. But CUPC still not able to register in
CUCM.
any more idea or advice ? Thanks.

Is the user CTI enabled? Are they licensed for CUPC and CUPS? make sure the softphone is not CTI enabled, and the user associated, mark sure the desk phone is CTI enabled, and the line is not CTI enabled
