CUCM
Unity
I have an error from the Personnal communicator from the help / state of the server menu :
voice mail
ip : 172.24.2.2
port : 443
protocol : https
state : disconnect
----------
I can connect to 172.24.2.2/inbox with the credentials I have configure in File / option / account in the client.
Also the bank of voice mail in the same place is fine at port 143.
anyone have an idea ?

Hello o you have your mailstore configuration setup? Should connect to the mailstore via IMAP.

What I see is if the imap setting use https/443 with an IP, it doesnt work.
It will work if it will use http/80 with an ip.
I dont know why, our old presence was working with https/443 with an ip
