CUPC - "In a Meeting" setting

Is anyone known how to turn on the option:

Whenever my Outlook calendar shows me as busy.

The setting is under Status Preference page, but it is grey out. Which option to set to have this option enable.

You have to set exchange as a presence gateway type of 'Outlook'. Here is a doc:
