CUPC User Picture Management Stragegy (Recommended)

We just installed CUCM 8.5 with CUPC, Contact Center, and users do not have pictures.

I read the article here on how use pictures for contacts, but I am looking for a recommended stragegy to manage this on a network of 500+ users.

Currently I have some pictures that HR takes for employee records but they are named using employee numbers.

What would be the easy way or the best practices?

I found a domument that should be quite helpful for you regarding importing photos. It is located in the Cisco Support Community https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-13552

I recommend you refer to the Support Community for similar questions, as well, as it is staffed by Cisco technical support experts and is available 24/7.
