Hi everybody!!
I am trying to integrate a CUPS 6.01 server with a CUCM 6.01 server.
I have configured the Personal Communicator 1.2.2 as a softphone. Using monitor servers health of CUPC it seems everything is correct except Presence (Red button, and message "connecting")
I think the problem is with SIP Proxy registration. It starts:
2008-02-18 18:23:40,076 [0x6ac] INFO LCWabiAccount - (WABIMSG_CONFIGURING) Starting registration process on 1 SIP proxies
2008-02-18 18:23:40,076 [0x4fc] INFO LCWabiAccount - (WABIMSG_ACCTINFO) acct SLOT 0 - CUPS (usuario1@PROXY_DOMAIN_NOT_SET ) (0x017a1338), instance=52, proxy=192.168.20.5:5060, reg=false, pres=true, SL=false, KPML=false, CiscoKeepAlive=false
2008-02-18 18:23:40,076 [0x4fc] INFO LCWabiSinks - (WABIMSG_REGSTATE4) ********* CUPS (usuario1@PROXY_DOMAIN_NOT_SET ) (slot 0) REGISTER STATE: Discovery...
But after 10 seconds
2008-02-18 18:23:50,168 [0x884] ERROR LCMiddleware - (MWMSG_SERVICELIST_WAITTIMEDOUT) ServiceConditions::Wait(0) - TIMED OUT after 10000 ms
Is it right? Is there any tip with SIP Proxy Server configuration in Presence Server? Is there anything I am missing?
Thanks in advance,
Xavi

Go to CUPS admin page -> System -> Service Parameters -> SIP Proxy.
Set the SIP proxy domain to the IP address of the CUPS server.
Then restart SIP proxy service

Hi,
Thank you for your reply. Finally, I found the problem:
It was the problem: the proxy domain. I changed it to the Presence IP Address and it worked.

Xavi
