CUPS cannot find the Microsoft RCC setting

Hi all,

I am using the CUPS 8.5.1.10000-35

according to the "Confiiguring Cisco Unified Presence Release 8.0, 8.5 and 8.6 with Microsoft OCS for MOC Call Control", (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cups/8_0/english/integration_notes/IntegrationNoteOCS_CUP80_85_86_MOCCallControl.html
)

in section "Configuring the CTI Connections on Cisco Unified Presence", step 1

I have to select Cisco Unified Presence Administration > Application > Microsoft RCC > Settings

However, I cannot find this menu option, is there anything wrong with my CUPS??

Hi

There's something wrong with Cisco that makes them keep changing the name of the menus.

This one is called 'Desk Phone Control' in your version I think, but it's in the same place.

There's something wrong with Cisco that makes them keep changing the name of the menus.

This one is called 'Desk Phone Control' in your version I think, but it's in the same place.
