CUSP Route File FTP

I'm currently working on some automation with a CUSP config (10.0.2).

The version 9.x guide says:

"If you are going to import one or more routes from a file, put the file in the pfs:/cusp/routes/directory."

And the 10.x CLI guide makes the same reference:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cusp/rel10_0/cli_command_ref/cli_commands/cusp_route_cmds.html

So I'm attempting to sort out if the same capability exists for v10 or not - and how.

When I connect to the CUSP FTP server using an account in the pfs-privusers group, there is no visibility or apparent way to change to the indicated directory. I've tried many of the other obvious combinations of FTP commands and permissions with no real success. So I'm assuming the capability was changed/removed but hoping there's a workaround/another approach.

Does anyone have a suggestion?

Thx in advance.
