CUWL Client Options in Dynamic Config Tool

Hi,

When using the Dynamic Configuration Tool to put together an order for CUWL (upgrade from older version) it insists that the Client Options are completed so that the number equals the total number of users. Does it matter what is entered there - do client options need to be specificed at the point of order, to be available later?

i.e. At the moment the customer is not using any of these apps, if I just select IP Communicator for all users, does that place any restrictions on what they can actualy use later, if for example they decide to roll out Personal Communicator to all their users?p>

No it doesn’t you get RTU for all these apps as long as the sum total doesn’t exceed the total number of users.
