Database Communication Error when Logging in to the Cisco Unified Communications Manager

Hello everybody!

 

When i try to loggin into CUCM 8.6 with the application user the [Database Communication Errorerror message appears.

 

I have the server virtualized on VMWare ESXI.

I haven't changed the IP address or DNS name.

It's the only CUCM server so it's the publisher and there's not suscribers.

The service A Cisco DB is running. I can access to cli with the administration user.

I haven't a backup. My fault :(. I've restarted the server several times.

Can you help me with this?

You can try with the recovery ISO and see if that helps, if not, you probably want to call TAC and see if they can do something. Worst case scenario, you'll need to rebuild the server from scratch as you don't have a backup.
