Hi.
I'm out of ideas here. Please advise.
We are running CUCM/UCCX 9.0.2 with two nodes. From about a week we cannot generate some of the reports within CUIC.
Error message is: Dataset status is Failed (Database error)
Please find attachment error.png with error. I tried to follow http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/customer-collaboration/unified-contact-center-express/118309-technote-uccx-00.html and http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Report_Execution_Fails_with_Database_Error but everythings looks OK.
Please find attachments with the information from Data Source and Service.
Filter is definitely ok.
What is strange that some of the reports are working fine, some aren't. (for example Agent Login Logout Activity Report doesn't work, but Agent detail Report works fine)
What else is there to check?

Apparently it is happening to MANY/ALL...
There is a COP file to install for the fix.
