Unity 4.0.4sr1 CCM 4.1.3 (recently upgraded) TSP 7.0.4 UM install with Exchange 2003
On message playback (for new & saved messages) some subs are reporting that they get silence during message playback.
I've noticed that when this silence occurs the RxCnt on the phone stops. I can ping the phone from the Unity svr. If I press 9 the phone starts receiving packets again. Nothing relevant in the event log. The port stays up the whole time.
Any ideas/anyone had this? Any advise on what traces I should run? I've run some skinnyTSP traces, but they're not shedding any light on things.
